All fields in the Registration form are mandatory.

For online registration the form must be filled online, but the DD must be send to the Office address. The confirmation of the registration will be send from the office after receiving of the DD.

For Manual registration, download the Form and send the completed form along with the DD to the Office address. The confirmation of the registration will be send from the office after receiving the application form and the DD.

The DD of Rs. 500/- may be taken in the name of “Alumni Association, KLE Institute of Nursing Sciences Ankola” payable at Ankola”.
